Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Available Arms (“the app”) helps youth-baseball coaches and parents track pitch counts, rest requirements, and availability for the players on their teams. This policy explains what the app collects, how it is used, and your choices.

Who this is for

The app is used by coaches, parents, and team administrators, not children. Adults enter roster information about players (who are often minors) in order to manage pitching workload safely.

What the app collects

The app does not collect location, contacts, device advertising identifiers, or analytics/tracking data, and does not use third-party advertising.

How data is stored and synced

Data is stored on your device and, when cloud sync is enabled, synced to the developer’s secure cloud database so you can use more than one device. Each account’s data is isolated by row-level security tied to that account. Player photos are stored with device file protection (encrypted at rest while the device is locked). Passwords are never stored in plain text and are never transmitted outside the encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) sign-in request.

How data is used

Solely to provide the app’s features: computing availability and rest from league rules and showing it to you. Data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising or profiling.

Children’s data

Player information is entered by an adult for team-management purposes. The app is directed at coaches and parents, not children, and does not knowingly allow children to create accounts. To minimize data, the roster works with a first name and last initial; full last names are optional.

Your choices and rights

Data retention

Data is retained while your account exists. When you delete your account in the app, your data is removed from the device and the cloud at that time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
